Student Application

We are enrolling new students now for our new Dojo location at 1060 Tiogue Ave in Coventry. Please complete an application by submitting the form below. We will respond asap. Thanks!. You must be 10 years of age or older to join our club. All other inquiries should be sent to info@CoventryKarate.com.

We encourage students new to karate to first register for a free Intro to Karate class, held each Saturday morning at 10:00am. You can register for this class under the Dojo-Schedule page. If you have taken karate in the past, please feel free to complete the application below.
